Simi Valley Tire Pros - (805) 527-3867

This past week I had a nail in my tire. I called and talked to a man who told me if I came over right away the wait would be 15 minutes to fix . I rushed over and was then told it would take more than an hour. Being i need to get back to work , I decided to go back later. I arrived at 4:15 and was told it would take about a half hour. So after an hour I began to get impatient because my car was not done ,and I was the only one in the waiting room. I even told the receptionist that i felt the wait was too long and she agreed with me. To make a long story short finally at 6:10 almost two hours later my car was ready. There were no appologies the man (who I believed to be the owner) said there would be no charge and so I left. Three days later day guess what ? The tire was flat again and I had to call the auto club. They came and there were not one, but two nails in the tire and the auto club man told me a patch was never done. I would never recomend this place to anyone, ever !!!!!!!!

$70 alignment. Returned truck with crooked steering wheel + didnt correct camber. Waited for rework with another customer given crooked steering wheel

Thanks Shane and John for the best prices and service I've ever had. You guys r great!! I bought four tires, brakes and alignment and the wait was minimal just under two hours. Your waiting room is the best I've seen. Great movies and clean bathroom. Unreal nice. U guys r great!!
