I have been doing business with Simi Valley Photo Labs for 15 years now, the employees are amazing people that will work with you and go the extra mile to have a satisfied customer. Their prices are really competitive, especially when it comes to retouch and really large photos. Every single job I had done there was a total success and worth much more money then I paid to get it done.

Had processed photos for 5 very expensive family heirloom framed pieces distributed internationally. All five went foul, yellowed and discolored horribly within 3 years. My attempts to remedy were met with owner proprietor being extremely abusive. I had to pay again for replacement photos in excess of original replacements ordered. Returning again to right one last photo cropped incorrectly, proprietor then chose to raise his voice ... and demand I take my business elsewhere. The issue taken up with competent professionals discovered that Simi Valley photo lab developing fluid was old/unchanged and photos were not washed as necessary after processing. A very, very costly mistake. I strongly suggest to all take your business elsewhere.
