 Seen many gyms over my 35 year workout span

Warning to the public , In my experience , Simi Valley Workout is the most poorly run gym I have ever seen. The manager Briana looks and acts like trailer trash , the gym is unclean , so it looks like they are going out of business by their don't care attitudes. So watch out prospective members, this place may close up and you will lose all your money.
